How do I schedule a tour of the community?
You can schedule a tour online through our website, through our listing partner sites, or by calling the leasing office and we’ll be happy to help you set up a visit.
Do you have virtual or self-guided tours available?
Not at this time. We currently offer in-person tours so you can experience the community firsthand.
What are your Leasing Office hours?

Do you offer any move-in specials?
Not at this time. Please contact the leasing office or check back for future offers as availability changes.
What income requirements do you have for applicants?
This community offers income-qualified housing. Income limits and eligibility requirements apply—please contact the leasing office for current guidelines and qualification details.
What is your Application Fee?
$35 per applicant (18+). Application fees are non-refundable.
What is your Administrative Fee?
$150 administrative fee per unit (non-refundable).

Yes. Security deposits start at $300 and may increase based on screening results.<br>

Deposit disclaimer (website): Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent (maximum: 1.5x one month’s rent).
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we accept qualified guarantors. Additional requirements and documentation may apply—please contact the leasing office for details.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No. Subletting and lease transfers are not permitted.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and throughout your lease term. Please contact the leasing office for the minimum coverage requirement.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $25 late fee is assessed after the 3rd of the month, plus $10 per day thereafter until the balance is paid in full (per lease terms).
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
We accept the following payment options:<br>

What utilities are required in the rent?
Water and sewer are included. Residents are responsible for electricity.
What appliances are included in the apartments?
Apartments include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stove.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
We offer convenient on-site laundry facilities for residents.
What amenities are available for residents?
Residents enjoy a clubhouse, a courtyard, and a peaceful pond area—great for relaxing outdoors.
Is parking available? If so, is there a monthly fee?
Yes. Parking is available at no additional monthly fee (subject to availability).
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
Not at this time.
Do you have a dog park or pet washing station?
Not at this time.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
We do not currently offer package lockers. Delivery policies may vary by carrier—please contact the leasing office with questions.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. We have on-site maintenance and 24/7 emergency maintenance support.
For non-emergency requests, submit a service request through the Resident Portal or contact the leasing office. For emergencies, please call the after-hours line.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes! We host community events—watch for announcements and community updates.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
Not at this time.
